Before pursuing a career in Osteopathy, I spent 25 years in the health and fitness industry, becoming a qualified personal trainer in 1999.
I have now integrated a private 1-2-1 training facility within my Osteopathic practice in Brentwood, offering both rehabilitation and personal training.
Over the years, I have worked with individuals training for endurance challenges such as marathons, the Marathon des Sables, Mount Everest climbs, and Ironman triathlons. I also support those looking to improve their overall fitness—whether that’s building strength, enhancing aerobic endurance, or achieving weight loss goals.
Beyond fitness, I specialise in rehabilitation, helping clients return to sport or everyday activities following injury.
My approach is centred around tailored, high-quality programmes designed to help each client reach their goals effectively.
