I’ve been training with David for over 10 years and his sessions have always been varied, fun, challenging and focussed on my needs whether pre-season training, post-injury rehab or just plain fitness and weight loss.
David’s targeted sports specific training has helped me achieve a top 10 in the J80 UK nationals and two firsts at Cowes week in ’06 and ’07.
